What are my options here?
Renewal is FREE (lifetime warranty) with two moves:
Reset Key Only: Just drop your key and old account info. We reset your key so you can run
it on another Spotify account you already got.
Why I gotta use a different account?
Spotify only lets you upgrade an account once a year. If it ain't been a year yet, you gotta slide with a different account.
What about my playlists?
Nah you good! You can move em to your new account easy. Use this
tool to transfer your playlists.
How to:
1. Open the tool and log in with your OLD account.
2. Save/Export your playlists.
3. Log out, then log in with your NEW upgraded account.
4. Import your playlists. You done!
How long this take?
Usually 5-10 minutes. We reset your key and you can run it on another account from the Upgrade page.
What if my account never had Premium?
Renewal is only for accounts that previously had Premium with us. If you're getting Premium for the first time, use the Upgrade page instead.
